Accessibility Statement
Effective date: August 10, 2026 · Last updated: August 10, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website and reach the same insurance guidance and support. This statement explains what we do, where we know we fall short, and how to get help right away if something on the site gets in your way.
Our commitment to accessibility
E&S Insurance Group LLC is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech-recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is part of how we serve our community, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.
Conformance target
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard commonly referenced in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III. We are also working toward the newer WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria as we update the site.
We describe our status honestly: the website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working toward fuller conformance. We do not claim that the site is fully compliant, certified, audited, or guaranteed to meet any standard.
Measures we take
Steps we take to keep the site usable for as many people as possible include:
- Using semantic HTML structure and clear heading hierarchy so assistive technology can navigate the page.
- Providing descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning, and marking decorative images so they are skipped.
- Building a keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps.
- Aiming for sufficient color contrast between text and its background.
- Labeling form fields so their purpose is announced clearly.
- Reviewing the site periodically and correcting issues as we find them.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are aware of and working to improve include:
- Online quote tools and interactive forms.
- Embedded maps and third-party widgets.
- Links to carrier websites, portals, and documents that we do not control.
- PDFs and other downloadable documents that may lack full tagging.
If you encounter a barrier in any of these areas, please tell us using the contact details below, and we will help you directly and work to fix the issue.
If the site gets in your way, we can still help
No one is denied service because of a barrier on our website. If any part of the site is difficult or impossible for you to use, you can get the same insurance guidance, quotes, and support directly from a licensed E&S team member.
We're glad to walk you through anything by phone or email — quotes, coverage questions, or account help.
Feedback & requesting accommodations
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website, and we want to know if you run into a barrier so we can address it. Contact us by phone at (937) 902-7528 or by email at info@esinsured.com.
To help us respond quickly, please include when you can:
- The page or web address (URL) where you had trouble.
- A short description of the problem.
- The device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using.
We aim to respond to accessibility requests and reports within 3–5 business days, and we will offer an alternative way to get what you need in the meantime.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
This website is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers and commonly used screen readers. Combinations of older browsers, operating systems, or assistive technology may affect how well the site works. If you are using older technology and having trouble, please reach out and we will help.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add features and update the site, we will continue reviewing and improving accessibility, and we will update this statement to reflect meaningful changes.
